I recently visited the store looking for some advice on trout fishing and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Chris and Yoshi in the trout section. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and generous with their time. They took the effort to explain things clearly and pointed me in the right direction without any pressure.nnHaving visited a couple of other stores beforehand, I was quite impressed by the size and range of the trout section here. More importantly, the level of service was second to none and far exceeded what I experienced elsewhere.nnIt's refreshing to find staff who genuinely know their subject and are happy to help customers. Many thanks to Chris and Yoshi for their assistance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone interested in trout fishing.

As an Australian, I was amazed at the variety and the size of the store. What also impressed me was the quality of the customer service,which I can say was welcoming, even though I am an Aussie, and outstanding. The staff answered all my questions with professionalism and without me feeling they were hurried.

Sam is 10/10 top notch customer service! Knowledgeable, not pushy, great advice and friendly. We came in just browsing new Zempire models and ended up spent 4k buying from Sam. Asset to the store… Thanks

Very helpful staffs, older and full of experiences, can tell you life long stories and learn new things straight away. Lovely.
