Wonderful team. Best GP I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
Terrible schedule management. Waiting 30-45 min for my appointment to begin is normal. Booked at 10:30, seen the doctor at 11:10… the same every time!nDoctors qualification and involvement has also been questioned. Feeling unwell? Take panadol. Doesn’t help? Take antibiotics.
Absolutely exceptional - the doctors and nurse all seem to be extremely caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. They make an effort to follow up and check in with calls/messages outside of standard appointments.
The doctor's and receptionists at this practice are absolutely lovely. Taking concerns seriously, doing thorough investigations and also being very pleasant to deal with.
All the staff are lovely and helpful. My doctor Cathy Dowle is empathetic, knowledgeable and understanding. Awesome practice
