I like my doctor here but they won’t let you in the building if you’re sick. Seems ridiculous. Most people who come to a medical clinic are going to be sick. Last time I was really sick I was made to sit in my car in the freezing cold outside and talk to the doctor on a video call. And then was charged $70 for that!

Very poor patient contact options, either un-contactable or rude and dismissive when approached -the sense that we are imposing upon them unnecessary risks...isn't that the point of being a medical service...to help the sick and infirm???
Probably the least customer service focused medical centre you will find. The doctors are actually good but the process to see a doctor is often littered with cumbersome process and unnecessary repeating of information. Reception staff find patients a general inconvenience in their day. If you have an alternative then use it
This medical centre deserves a much higher rating than it's currently got!nI have been going here for 4 years and they have been great each time. My usual Dr Michael Buckley is great, the reception team is friendly and the nurses are lovely! Even blew bubbles for my daughter after doing her vaccines.nI saw another Dr today Richard Hogg and he was wonderful too.nI have never found the wait time to be long, always less than 20 mins but usually they are on time.nI am almost always able to get a same day appointment.nIt's not the cheapest medical centre but it's worth it!nThanks team! :
