I've registered with OMS and I'm really pleased with the service here. Dr Patel is an exceptional doctor who's really compassionate and very knowledgeable. He took all my concerns seriously and did a ton of work behind the scenes like consult with specialists.
Most likely the best practice I've had the pleasur of going to. The staff are warm and helpful and the doctors get you what you need!
This is not my usual GP practice, I wish it was though.nI come here for my regular medical examinations though my employer and I have always found this medical center very professional and thorough when dealing with me in my professional capacity and my personal circumstances.nI have always found the receptionists and doctors very kind and caring and I would highly recommend this medical center to anyone.
The GPs are great, however I cannot give more than 1 star as they have hired the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to. Refused to listen to my query and just constantly yelled and spoke over me until I had to sternly ask her to stop - extremely unprofessional.
Dr Vipul Patel is one of the best doctors I have been enrolled with that's coming from a son of a retired doctor. He stood by me in a very difficult time and was contacting me daily and providing me with information and test results as soon as he got them. Dr Vipul is very supportive and responsive on manage my health also and when we require an urgent appoitment he always trys to go all the way to see us on the same day or provide advise via manage my health.nnThe reception team is also very supportive and friendly to deal with.
