Last night I was a patient at Bowen as part of the Otago Uni research into snoring etc. The test was aborted for various reasons but I wanted to bring to your attention the excellence of 2 of your staff names unknown but one young chinese chap was exceptional in helping me as was his manager, a young woman from London. Well done you two!
No one likes having to go to the hospital , as if you are going, you are visiting someone that needs a operation, All the Nurse’s and doctors all deserve a million dollars, they took much care of my family member, before and after her major surgery. Thank you so much.
Best hospital experience I've ever had! I came in for a short day surgery. I had Lousie, Emma, and Elizabeth as my nurses, Chris as my anaesthetist and Dr. Kim as my surgeon - all were a joy to talk to and I could see that they really cared. I had the procedure explained to me clearly and discharging was quick and painless. Bonus, I enjoyed a yummy coffee and sandwiches in the day stay unit after the operation.
I recently underwent a revision high tibial osteotomy performed by Dr. Fred Phillips, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Phillips and his team provided exceptional service. The surgery was a complete success, and I am thrilled to report that I am now pain-free and feeling great! Dr. Phillips' expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate care made all the difference in my recovery. I am deeply grateful to him and his entire team for their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommended!
