Very handy carpark to a lot of the CBD.nPay by plate system, reasonable rates.nQueues to get out can be long and painfully slow if there is a lot of traffic on High St as the traffic lights bank the cars up and block the exit.nToilets should only be used as a very last resort, a lot of rough sleepers around here.nGreat cityscape views from upper levels, especially the top level.

I parked my car in Victoria Parking CBD, and someone used a key to scratch the side of my car door. The next day, I met the building's security guard and asked to check the building's security cameras to see who did it, but she told me she couldn't do anything and that I was responsible for my own actions when parking there. So please be careful when parking here, as the cameras are practically useless.

Friendly reminder for valentines day night parking if you're considering it: don't. You'll get stuck here foreverin our case 40 minutes. I reckon all multi level parking building should have a screen display of the current available capacity to let people see before actually entering.

Conveniently located with good amount of public parking spaces. Greatly priced, especially on weekends. Ramps are quite narrow so can be challenging to drive around the space, not to mention that every now and then, some drivers will ignore the no entry signs so might be head-to-head with them. The ticketless system works well for us.
