-1 * the britomart group are the heirs of the councils most shameful gentrification project britomart shopping district a paradise for millionaires who don't like mingling with working folk ironically situated at the terminus of Auckland rail lines also catered for millionaires.nnThe carpark first floor is exclusively dedicated to unpractical European supercars, the second for valet customers, the third floor is private empty carparks rich bastards overseas forth, five floor public who will pay the most in the country, and floor six for early bird parking people who probably actually work in the area this floor surprisingly has no suicide protections .nnIf working in the britomart group hospitality area that unprotected carpark edge would be very attractive. the carpark features up to date number plate cameras but will only use them to charge proportional fines, the reception desk is around the clock staffed for wealthy customers only as per company policy forget trying to locate lost ticket time of arrival.nnSurprisingly the lifts are not full of urine/feces because well after paying $75 for an hour doing a number 2 in the lift would be very satisfying.

Tried to charge me $70 to park my motorbike for 6h. Clearly says $5 on their own sign, and their machine uses license plate recognition so should know it’s a bike, tried to charge me $70. No CCTV or security on site in bike section, so it’s very unsafe. Avoid at all costs. Not bike friendly, and they are definitely conmen. Early bird is even worse if you’re a car user. They scam thousands of people daily, most expensive place to park your car in NZ verified

Such a rip-off! Super expensive parking. I paid for my parking, but accidentally forgot my ticket, by the time I drove down to exit I was charged another $6 and had to go back to the machine again. It would be amazing if the place had car plate recognition as if you do lose your ticket they charge $75!! Horrific!!

Would not recommend using this facility. We booked here and upon second to last day pf cruise found out we disembarked later then expected. I looked everywhere to try and changing leaving time for parking but there is no option to change. They charged us 2 x original cost cause we were over 1 hour and 30 minutes. RIDICULOUS.

Absolute scammers and rip offs! The fact that you have to drive all the way up to the sixth floor for early bird needs to be indicated right at the beginning - before the price! Have not seen something like this anywhere else. Arena Carpark down the road is way better!
