Fantastic service and so reasonable. My car was valeted and ready to collect right at the reception desk as soon as the shuttle got me back from the terminal.nOn dropping my car before departure I was taken straight to the international terminal and same service coming back. No waiting. This is such a find and I can't believe how reasonable for the excellent service provided. Don't go elsewhere, these guys are the best

Whilst service was prompt to and from terminal in the weekend, I am only now noticing the damage sustained to my car. No wonder since the carpark was packed when we dropped it off. Not impressed.

Excellent customer service. Thank you Ben and Don for going above and beyond in assisting us when stranded this evening. Your understanding and kindness was much appreciated. We will be contacting the relevant agencies to report the poor communication which led to our dilemma. Grateful for staff like you.

Extremely disappointing service.nnAfter dropping off my car and getting into the shuttle, we headed towards the International Terminal. As we approached unbeknown to us the drop-off point, the driver stopped to pick up an arriving customer. He jumped out, loaded her bags, got back in, and drove off again – never once explaining that we were meant to get out there.nnConfused, we asked where we were going, and he replied, “Oh, you were meant to get off at International – I assume everyone knows this.” We explained that we didn’t, and that he hadn’t said a word. He then became annoyed, saying he now had to turn around to take us back.nnUnfortunately, it didn’t end there. After travelling for 24 hours, I arrived back in the country at 6:30am only to discover they had lost my car keys. A locksmith arrived, but it wasn’t until 10am that I could finally begin my 2-hour drive home. During that time I was waiting around, exhausted, stressed, and inconvenienced – and on top of that, my house keys and gym tag attached to my car keys were also lost.nnI did feel sorry for the guys who had to try fix this problem they dealt with it very well.nnOverall, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and far below what you’d expect from a service you rely on after long travel.

Very prompt and great communication with booking. Had a pleasant drive to the airport and on return the lady driver was amazing.nMy only concern was I made sure to fill my car with gas to full when we dropped it off. On pick up I noticed it was just above 3/4 of a tank. Not sure what happened to the missing gas as you hope our cars will be parked for the duration.
