Book interior clean when I park my car. Came back from Sydney and found staff only cleaned seats not boots. One guy took some photos and replied me next day saying “it seems to me the boot is actually cleaned if the boot was dirty before”. What a ridiculous excuse. . lying to a royal customer is unacceptable. I will never ever come back again and not recommend anyone to use their service. No wonder their google review is less than four stars.

I cannot express how lovely Tatiana and Luna are. From the smiling welcome even at the worst hours of the day to the fast efficient pick up and the genuine interest in your trip. These ladies are most definitely one of your greatest assets! Many thanks Maria & Paul

I’m standing outside here in my 48 minute waiting for the shuttle to pick me up. I have seen park and fly onto its fourth pick up and many others onto their third and second , while I wait for Aeropark to pick me up. Luckily it is not raining cos there is no shelter here . I just phoned the girl and she said they were leaving in two minutes which means a drop off first at domestic then onto international . Quicker to fly to Wellington from auckland than wait for a pick up from these guys . Cant wait to get to the depot and see if my car is ready

Have been using Aeroparks for 20 years or more due to their clean, warm waiting lounge, spacious and well run facilities. The last time, recently, we noted they had changed address, and were disappointed to find that it was a massive comedown to the previous operation...So much so, that I think it was deceptive using the same name. They got us to the airport, however not comfortably as there is no warmth or shelter, poor lighting, grubby shuttle bus, its a potholed rough parking site and we had to wait outside in the freezing cold for the shuttle at 1am for quite some time. Not even remotely like the old Aeroparks...This is what was so disappointing and hence my average review.

These guys are excellent. They’re very reasonably priced and very efficient. The first time we used them, was during winter and by the time we reached our car, the engine was running and the heater was turned on. This time, our car was parked right outside reception, for easy access. Just remember to ring them, as soon as you’ve landed, and ready to be collected. They arrive, within minutes. 5/5!
