We’ve been using Aeroparks for few months now and their service is always great. Tatiana and the rest of the staff are very kind including the lovely Luna which I missed this time! … Today our car didn’t start and they were beyond helpful. Thank you to all of them for their kindness and help.

Book interior clean when I park my car. Came back from Sydney and found staff only cleaned seats not boots. One guy took some photos and replied me next day saying “it seems to me the boot is actually cleaned if the boot was dirty before”. What a ridiculous excuse. . lying to a royal customer is unacceptable. I will never ever come back again and not recommend anyone to use their service. No wonder their google review is less than four stars.

1. New location not updated on the websitenn2. Car services not available on the weekend, also not stated anywhere on the websitenn3. I found out on my RETURN that they don’t do car servicing on the weekend and to send an email asking for a refund. Why wasn’t I told on ARRIVAL?nnI sent a total of roughly 5 emails over the space of 2 weeks to which Tatiana and Ben responded kindly saying my refund request was forwarded to management. Tried to call Eddie, the manager, twice without an answer. He txt me saying all he can do is follow up with accounts and he never got back to me.nnOn week 3 I decide to dispute the transaction with my bank as goods/services not received. Today I have recieved the money with the help of my bank. 5. WEEKS. LATER.nnIt will be interesting to see what you have to say Eddie!

Have used Aeroparks for 12+ years and was shocked to see the new facilities. Previous place had a building accommodating customers with a nice toilet, organized operation with bright covered over drop off and pick up area, staff that helped put bags in the van etc.... this had nothing, no cover, had to drag cases out of our car in the dark and into their van in the pouring rain with minimal lighting and no-one around, and a portacom building that looked unprofessional, a total comedown from their previous operation. We never go a text when we arrived as we used to so had to call and waited in the rain with no cover for over 35mins for pick up. Doubt we will be using again.

Have been using Aeroparks for work/personal trips for the last 4 years since moving to Auckland. I have not had a problem with them, staff are friendly and very helpful. Great service!
