Flyaway Auckland Airport Parking

First time used this service, we will definitely be using Flyaway every time. We experienced great service even at 2am in the morning for the drop off. The shuttles were readily available to drop us off at the international airport and for the pick up upon our return. Our vehicle was well looked after. Thank you.

Since I moved back to nz 4months ago, ive been needing to commute to melbourne for work. After trialling multiple offsite airport carpark to park my car, flyaway has remained the most consistent, efficient & most professional of the lot. They're affordableill never uber again, and offer 24hr free shuttle bus to and from carpark. The front desk are super helpful and remember their regular clients

I have been using Flyaway for several years and they have always been fantastic. Unfortunately, when I called them yesterday at about 5.45am for a pickup at international arrivals, there was no response for about half an hour. I was able to leave a message. There was another gentleman waiting at the pickup point who had also been trying to call, but with no response. We were about to share a taxi to the lot when the office finally answered and sent a van to pick us up. I got a call from Flyaway while on the way to the site and was told that 'all the telephone lines were down, and that it wasn't their fault that no one was answering.' A simple apology and explanation would have been preferable, together with a thank you for being a valued customer, rather than not taking responsibility.

The drop off, access and handover were seamless. The transfer bus was immediately available and we were at the airport within no more than 15 minutes. Clear directions and service from the driver were excellent .The only flaw being the information provided by the representative the day before. She emphasised at least a three.hour lead time to ensure time for customs processing as the 6.00 am departure time was a very busy time slot. We arrived at 2.40am, were at the QANTAS bag drop off at 3.00am and ready to go through customs. This is where we became aware the urgency of the times were incorrect. The International departures customs don’t open until 4.30am. Information that would have been known by the Flyaway representative. Whilst one may ask what is the issue an hour and half leeway at that time in the morning when we had a three quarter of an hour drive to Flyaway’s depot is significant. I can only assume she didn’t know the detail or managed as to assist their program rather than our convenience. Otherwise a 5 STAR service!

It was a stressful moment for us, but Nash was incredibly understanding and kindly offered us the use of the office so we could take the call.nnAlthough we didn’t end up securing the property, his kindness and support meant a lot to us during that moment.
