I have been so pleased with the customer service from this company. I placed several orders close together and the customer service team helped to send my items out in 4 shipments as stock from each order became available. This meant I didn’t have unnecessary delays on some items. They were also very quick to send out additional screws when 2 were missing from an order. Sharia, Burn and the team were great! And the furniture is all great too!
Took 3mths to get my order. When it arrived it was cracked across the table. Customer service is hard to hear on phones very quiet. Took another month to get a replacement table. I should have never brought from this company to begin with. I wasn’t advised of the delay and then kept delaying. If not in stock when order should let you know. Happy with the new table but 4mths is a long time to wait for a table
I’ve enjoyed every single piece of furniture I bought here. Each one is of great quality and looks gorgeous. At first, I found a cabinet knob missing, but Shaira and the team were very attentive and helped me get a replacement quickly. I highly recommend their after-sales service.
I purchased a small set of drawers and the matching dresser. The small set of drawers came with its assembly issues and very poor instructions and quality such as screws not tightening, mushy cardboard type components that start splitting. Things not lining up. Modifications needed. One of the rails was faulty however they blamed me and offered to order a replacement, which would be $10. I asked them to ship it to me instead of having it shipped to their store, they said that would be another $10. I could go on. Then yesterday I assembled the larger dresser, attached us some photos of the general quality. Same issues as above, it was easier to purely because of the larger components. I sent another complaint email about this and they didn't acknowledge it at all. The very same automated reply that the other complaints get on these reviews.
I really love the unique range at Urban Sales. I bought a rocking chair and a storage trolley last year, and it’s been the perfect addition to my home! So stylish and comfy! I recently replaced my rug with one from here, and again I was so impressed. The quality is way better than I expected for the price. You can tell they put thought into choosing pieces that are both practical and affordable. :
