I have been so pleased with the customer service from this company. I placed several orders close together and the customer service team helped to send my items out in 4 shipments as stock from each order became available. This meant I didn’t have unnecessary delays on some items. They were also very quick to send out additional screws when 2 were missing from an order. Sharia, Burn and the team were great! And the furniture is all great too!
I’ve enjoyed every single piece of furniture I bought here. Each one is of great quality and looks gorgeous. At first, I found a cabinet knob missing, but Shaira and the team were very attentive and helped me get a replacement quickly. I highly recommend their after-sales service.
I really love the unique range at Urban Sales. I bought a rocking chair and a storage trolley last year, and it’s been the perfect addition to my home! So stylish and comfy! I recently replaced my rug with one from here, and again I was so impressed. The quality is way better than I expected for the price. You can tell they put thought into choosing pieces that are both practical and affordable. :

It was very easy to put together and it works perfectly.nEverything went very smoothly, the pick up time I wanted wasn’t available but I sent a quick email and Urban sales made space for me, which was appreciated.nShaira customer Service also helped me with a concern I had while assembling the unit, I followed her advice, which was spot on. Great product and service and will use again.
Have bought multiple items from this place and they have all been well priced and great quality. All pieces have come with tools and extra screws. Book shelves are loaded with books and there is no warp in the shelves. Coffee table was a bit tricky to build. I'd happily purchase from them again.
