Purchased the Linspire Ventus Chest of 7 Drawers, Natural from Urban Sales.n1. Staff were able to answer my questions regarding the product and pick up option.n2. Upon pick up staff were quick to respond and put my items into my car - thanks!n3. Drawers took 3 hours to put together by a professional kit set operator.n4. All screws and nails came in one large bag not individually packed and instructions were straightforward to read.n5. Drawers look amazing and true to size, however I will need to fold my clothes really small / tidy to be able to fit inside.n6. Drawers need to be push a bit to fully closed.
Awful awful awful, what you save in cost you will waste on time and end up with substandard product.nnOrdered boori toy tidy. Position of screws in product was faulty and means the two pieces do not fix together as shown in video. Have called urban sales re issue and was told to email and responded to me saying it was my mistake and I had assembled it incorrectly. This is not the case, I have assembly many flat packs and have no issues with assembly. I can’t tell there is an issue with the fixing and they will not rectify it.nnTo follow up urban sales have advised the only thing I can do is return the item which is assembled and now too large to fit in my car and cannot be disassembled and come during my works hours to their showroom which is 40 mins drive for me.
Excellent service and products! I had an incorrect piece in my delivery which meant I couldn’t put my chair together but the customer service team were really quick to reply and get the right piece to me. It was hugely appreciated and my chair looks great!
We purchased a unit through the online store over December and unfortunately we were away when it arrived. Once we returned home and decided to change the colour of the unit, the Urban sales team were terrific in getting the entire process sorted with very little fuss - customer satisfaction is clearly important to the team at Urban sales.nSpecial mention to Shaira at the help desk who was amazing in keeping us updated throughout the process and responding timely to any queries! Would definitely recommend!nnI ordered two of the same product which went on sale a week later. I contacted the company, and they were happy to honor the sale price.nnPick-up was very smooth, before even getting the chance to speak to someone, my order was already on its way out and loaded into my car.nnThe customer service is great I spoke to Shaira who was very fast at responding and overall great to deal with.nnThanks team!
