I wouldn’t purchase anything from iFurniture again; the customer service experience and quality of their products are a hit and miss. My lounge suite arrived with a sewing pin in it, the glass on my dining table came with scratches, and there were also screws missing from my dining table. Whilst iFurniture did send the screws for my table in a timely fashion, they were very difficult when it came to the scratched glass. They refused to replace the glass, telling me “the minor dents do not affect the product's main function” they were scratches not dents. A very arrogant approach. When you purchase something new, it should come in a cosmetically acceptable standard. I was told I could take the whole product back to a store for a refund but had already spent a long time putting the table together; disassembling it would have taken lots of time which I didn’t have the instructions were not great. I was very happy to collect a replacement piece of glass for my table from one of their stores but they refused.nnAll products came covered in excessive layers of polystyrene, plastic and cardboard. Not an environmentally friendly business at all.nnStaff in store were rude and not very friendly.nnI wish I’d read these reviews before shopping at this store.
@Nikki have purchase 4 bar stools as pre order but ended up cancelling the order. Nikki helped me getting the order cancelled and put refund for me. It was easier than ever expected, and made everything so easy. Thanks for your help.
Never shopping on Ifurniture ever again. Worst quality, worst costumer service, worst warranty. Paid $999 for a sofa as soon as it arrived already had lints, they don’t cover warranty for lints. Then after one year lots of rags/zipper broke from the back pillows. I sew it myself, but after 2 years and half the seat springs started to come out and it’s so high and hard that it hurts to seat on it. I complained in the live chat but the staff wasn’t helpfull at all saying that the sofa warranty was only 1 year and said “I’m sorry the warranty claims of this sofa have already been concluded. My sincerest apologies for the incovenience this has caused. We also recommend considering the warranty claim validity for future purchases to ensure your satisfaction” when I mentioned about CGA, she totally ignored me and closed the chat.
I finally found the perfect bookcase after a long search for the right design and color! I was so excited about my purchase, but ran into an issue with one of the parts. Luckily, Ricah was incredibly helpful and made it so easy for me to arrange a replacement part, thanks! :
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF YOUR TIME IF YOU END UP WITH MISSING PARTS OR INCORRECT ORDER. Ordered 2 door yoro wardrobe from this place. Went to go pick it up from Warehouse. Packaging was super dirty and seemed to have been opened. Went home and started looking at making the unit. The packaging should have been a give away but there were so many parts missing and/or damaged. Right hand door, top cover, screw pack, guide...ALL MISSING. The one door that i did received but this was damaged! So I called Ifurniture helpdesk to sort things out. Spent half an hour on the phone just to be sent the INCORRECT user guide Apparently they had to send me this to verify missing parts. Spent another 2 hours on the phone trying to explain what had happened with the agents not really providing an appropriate solution. They kept assuring me they will get the right guide and sort the parts out after getting it checked with the Warehouse team. I have now finally received a message saying they can't find missing parts and they will process refund after they collect everything i had picked up. No I will need to package everything up and wait for a few days for them to pick up the unit part of a unit and then wait another 3-5 days for refund. I don't understand how these guys are allowed to operate the way they do. Please avoid this place at all cost.
