The sales people were very kind and helpful. The delivery was done quickly with the expected communication. The furniture is lovely and good quality. Clear assembly instructions and it came with a screwdriver and other assembly devices to make the process easier! Overall great experience, would recommend.
Bought a queen size bed, 4 dinning chairs, a office chair. The bed has great storage and looks to be of good quality. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the delivery is also fast, and compared with other furniture stores, the delivery fee is very reasonable. Just had to go back and assemble it myself, but a lot of fun too. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the manual can be more detailed.
It's a new outlet of furniture in Westgate, Auckland area. They have two display floors - ground floor and first floor. To me, prices of this company are pretty much affordable for designers' furniture. You can buy from their online website as well. The sales and customer service staff are very much cooperative to answer your queries. Their factory warehouse is also in the same place. So you can pick up my order promptly without waiting for long days if stocks are available. They have plenty of parking in front of the store. I recommend them for their reasonable price with quality designer products.
I purchased the Virginia Walnut bedframe on the internet as I don't live in Auckland. Fair price. Over the next week I emailed twice asking questions about my order - and each time my email was answered that day. They deliver weekly here. The delivery driver text me the day before and on the day of delivery to make sure I'd be home. Good communication. My son and I put the frame together. Bolts etc weren't numbered but we worked it out easily. Nothing missing. Happy with the bed frame. I would purchase from them again.
No response to customer at all….Products were good but they need to interact and assist customers with what they are looking for.. We even called them for a enquiry for specific item there and the lady at the counter said she was busy even when there was no other customer except us in the Store…I hope they will take it seriously Thanks
