In my experience, the furniture quality is reasonable for the price you pay—good enough for everyday use, especially if you are setting up a home without overspending. The overall buying process is straightforward, and the store is a practical choice for economical purchases.nnOverall, a good option if you are looking for affordable furniture with decent quality and value.
nnExtremely disappointed with this purchase. The problems started before I even began assembling it. The first package arrived with the instructions and screws completely missing. After contacting support and getting replacement hardware, I discovered the second packet contained the wrong screws, forcing me to make yet another trip to the store.nnOnce I finally started building it, I found that many of the panels and parts were completely random. Some pieces were duplicated in different sizes, while several essential parts were missing altogether, making it impossible to assemble the drawers properly. On top of that, some of the plastic fittings don’t even fit into the pre-drilled holes, the metal components are very flimsy and bend or break easily, and parts of the instruction manual are actually incorrect.nnTo make matters worse, I noticed the part labels and sizing seem inconsistent throughout the packs, adding even more confusion during assembly.nnOverall, the quality control is extremely poor. Between the missing instructions, incorrect hardware, multiple trips to the store, missing components, cheap materials, and inaccurate instructions, this has been one of the most frustrating flat-pack furniture experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this product.
Ordered a king size headboard on Sunday and it arrived today Wednesday.. it was as pictured and was good value. I was able to assemble and fit it in around 10 minutes. I have my own tools but it would help others if they knew they would require some. Also the bolts to mount the headboard. I had some already.
Very poor customer experience, would not recommend. Purchased a desk in store and checked twice at the warehouse it was the correct colour suggested opening the box to check. Required help from a neighbour to bring the box upstairs to my flat, once opened I discovered it was the wrong colour. Phoned the shop who offered little compensation despite giving multiple opportunities, unable to add onto the delivery drivers list for collection today and unable to process a refund without returning to the store.
I ordered a headboard online. It is great and just like the pictures. It would have been helpful to know that it did not come with the bolts required to attach it to the bed, as I could have then purchased them at the same time. In my experience, headboards usually come with the bolts so this is a minor issue.
