Thank you so much Sue-e Furniture. I absolutely love my new drawers! Picked up yesterday which I was seen to straight away and the guy out back was awesome, even carrying my two boxes weighing close to 40kg and putting them in my wagon for me.n10/10 great place, great experience, I'll definitely be back again!
I bought this 4 chair set in November 2023, and now on February 2024 I have only 1 left. There are really bad quality, we are not big people I weigh 55k and literally they broke just for sitting on them.
We bought a headboard from Sue-e furniture yesterday. Today I opened the package and I see there is no way to attach the legs to the headboard! No holes, no screws, nothing! I will surely return this tomorrow!
Terrible experience. They sent me the wrong bed and wouldn't believe me when I called them. After sending photos they still didn't believe me so I had to take a part of the bed to their store to prove it. This was dealing with the owner! I put the correct bed in my car and asked them to refund my shipping which they wouldn't do. Worst customer service experience ever.
Terrible experience. They sent me the defective sofa and wouldn't agree with me when I emailed them. After sending multiple photos they still didn't believe me. Don't bother to attend to customer complaints. This is the situation when I am dealing with the owner! Worst customer service experience ever.
