I have visited I furniture3 times now, and each visit has been outstanding. Anna helped me pick perfect, stylish furniturefor my home—she’s professional, patient, and truly listens to your needs.nnEven their after-sales support is excellent. I purchased  beds,mattress,tea table,shoes cabinet,shower case, dressing  table, really  it is our pleasure to have the great help  from  Ana, the items we we selected quite  economic and meet our requirements, suggested this  shop  for furniture purchase!

We brought the super king size bed. The price was very reasonable, however, the bed frame installation can be improved. Some parts of the bed frame measurements are not aligning well. Why some part frame need to drill screw it? And it doesn’t come with screw driver to assist the assembly task. Luckily I have handy tools available. I hope they can improve the design on the installation and don’t force permanent fitting in the bed frame so we can disassemble when moving house. Four stars with reasonable price and three stars for the installment

I paid $600 for a coffee table, only to find that one of the drawer rails was badly misaligned, leaving a very obvious defect.nnAfter almost a month of chasing their so-called “customer care” team, their final response was that this misalignment is not considered a defect. Absolutely laughable and completely unacceptable.nnIf this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly advise avoiding this store. Don’t expect any real after-sales support or warranty—once they have your money, you’re on your own.

Had great experience working with Ricah to resolve stocking issues with some of the items in my order. Ricah was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
