Looked for a particular unit with shelving 7 shelves and 2 doors that had self closing feature. Found one for footwear usage awesome and well priced. Had to build it but very straight forward and when made one solid piece of furniture.
Richa was the name of the rep i was talking to regarding the issue with my damage furniture. she was very good in asking the right question and information from me which resulted in issue being solved so quickly. no messaging back and forth. thanks Richa for your outstanding customer services.
Aramex repeatedly asked for our information but failed to process the shipment of our package. To resolve this issue, I reached out to ifurniture customer service. Ricah was incredibly helpful—she was calm, patient, and truly proactive in addressing the problem. She contacted Aramex on my behalf and assured me that if I still didn't receive the package, I could reach out to her again. This level of responsibility and care made me feel at ease. I truly appreciate her support!
Ricah was very helpful allowing me to pre-order a Forester Bed Frame to pick up later this month when I have my truck. I only had to pay a $20 deposit to hold, so this was great. Thanks alot.
