The Manager is a Complete douche bag. I had my items priced already with one of his workers and then he came in and gave me way cheaper prices for all my items after they were viewed by his worker. I don't recommend dealing with this company... All the workers have different understandings of how everything runs and they gave me false information over Xmas saying they would come, view and price everything they were interested in at my house before moving out. Come to the time and they say that they no longer offer those services, and then changed their story to oh we can but the guys are busy so yes lots and lots of miscommunication and lies from them. They're not good people at all!!!
This place has some good furniture but it can be a little bit expensive for some of the 2nd hand goods, but overall it's a good place.
Found something I was about to buy new.. for a fraction of the price. The bread maker is great
2023nBought a bed and lounge suite recently..at separate times .nDelivered after ringing me first , came when said would , put the bed together for me and put it where I asked and put my lounge suite also where I asked. Men were very polite and friendly .nOne happy customer here nn30 April 2024nHere I am again a year later buying more house hold items.nALL staff in store and the delivery guys over 3 days were amazing!!!nThey were patient kind and very efficient.nCan't thank them enough .n5 stars from me second time round
