Best bookshop left in Central Auckland. Friendly staff, great selection of books on a myriad of topics. Nice place to immerse yourself in for hours. Only issue is its a small shop so you have to compete with the other customers for space.

A beautiful place, exceptional choice and good customer service. It's nice when bookstores are shaken up in today's world with the advent of digital and the culture of the click and the moment. NZ resists. Note: I’m happy to find kiwi books about the history of a country and a city that come to be mine.

This store is close to where I work. I found a book by Phillip Larkin the poet/writer. Cost me $42.00. I was looking for something for my friend Peter H. BROWN also a poet. Peter was very happy. He hadn't bought this book so great choice on my part.

I love the atmosphere, service, books and everything inside this bookstore. It feels genuine and makes me think that physical books will last forever. Highly recommended! :D

I've been Unity Books client for decades. It is Auckland's best store for new books. I mostly buy art books and here's some of them going back years. This is a bookshop whose customers are Uber loyal. Why wouldn't you be? They have a better service than most anywhere else. They can easily order any books that aren't in stock.

Easily the best book store in Auckland CBD. They have a great selection and the staff are really helpful with ordering them hard to find titles. Thank you for all your help guys! I will always be a regular customer
