Great service, easy and always such kind staff! 4 years of weekly coming in and out - the husband and wife duo who run this place are fabulous.

I have used Paper Plus Parnell for my Stationery and postage needs for many years. Shan and his team have been nothing but helpful and considerate. I run a number of businesses over this time I have found Shan's suggestions and feedback incredibly valuable - would totally recommend

Rude old male Indian staff. Caught him on a lie by giving 2 different rates for courier. And his explanation didnt make sense. Bring back the otehr staff. I live local but would prefer to go to other branches than patronize their service.

Exceptionally rude older male staff member, who I have encountered on 3 occasions. Very dismissive and very disorganised - seems to get overwhelmed easily. Being sold the wrong postage for my urgent document has prompted me to submit this review. There was an exceptionally helpful female staff member who was far more competent with my enquiry; thankfully, she interjected when she saw how unhelpful the male staff member was being.

Very rude staff not just to me but towards other customers as well. The sales guy I unfortunately met today at the paper plus Parnell told he has no time to waste for customers, even though I only spent less than 4 minutes in the shop. Edit reply: It could have been easier to instruct your staff to learn some customer service. As I mentioned earlier, I spent a total of about 4 mins there and yes, I made a phone call, that was when your staff was serving another customer. Level 3 doesn’t mean that you can be rude to a customer! Good luck.

Great customer service. I usually drop in for their postal services, their staff is always friendly and so helpful. Really good selection of greeting cards, such a novelty these days!

Super friendly owner-operator who is knowledgeable about various courier options and rates. I go here for most of my shipping needs both nationally and internationally.
