Service good , staff is friendly but the. Don’t have the replacement unit for the toy but we got the refund. We have to to silver park paper plus to get he new toy. All good. VH

Horrible experience at this location. Staff and manager are so rude and unhelpful. Especially the girl with the purple streaks in her hair. They really need to work on their customer service skills. They don’t greet you with a smile when you walk in the door and it seems as though you’re interrupting them when you need assistance with something. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Come here a bit. Good Store. The range is not big. The staff are not very good with using the phone. They never get it correct when we ask if they have a particular product. This time they said that they have a particular product that I needed, when I go to pick up, in they had put the incorrect one on hold, not the first time. Otherwise really good store but a bit overpriced.

Very helpful young female staff member with the dyed hair polite courteous and thoughtful I had tonnes of questions and patientely soughted it all out for me from flybuys to prices. I took a photo of her before the store opened
