Super friendly staff. Beautiful birds - would be nice to see them in a bit larger cages, especially the larger birds. All birds looked healthy and are so pretty
Wow what a wonderful pet shop. Very friendly service and that was in level 3 so I couldn't go into shop, will visit this pet shop when we are not in covert 19 restrictions.
For a $5 entry fee, you are granted access to over 24 aviaries more aviaries are being built. Some aviaries tell you the birds name, and information of where they came from and their average life span. The bigger birds are the most social and will happily approach you and 'talk'. Overall the tour was a nice experience and will definitely keep your kids entertained.
This bird enclosure is fabulous. For such a small floor space, everything is well set out and there is very little that you ask for that they don't have. I bought my beautiful Eclectus parrot Henry through Tweeters. Superior knowledge and help for a panicky owner like me. Not an unhappy bird in sight. Love visiting out the back too.
Very friendly and caring staff. Got out last puppy from them. Alfred is on the left They also especially got the biodegradable poopy bags in at our request! Would highly recommend.
First time visit here, lovely place and staff, animals/birds/fish all happy unlike other pet shops. Clean and smells nice. We were just disappointed they now charge adults and children to go out the back to see more, a SMALL cost is understandable but $8 for adults and $4 for children over 4 is a bit steep for families, it's not that amazing out the back!
Cute place to visit if you love birds like me :, lovely staff and friendly lil birds that spoke to us and put on a little show. Cheap entry to take the family. Cheap bags of treats to take home to your doggies we sure did they were very happy, and got to pat puppies on the way out, happy little place : definitely going back again.
Wonderful hidden gem, have driven past many times so glad we finally called in. Well set out & you can see how well the birds are taken care of. Great family outing reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
An excellent place to spend a wee while visiting the exotic and clever parrots and other animals. Took my daughter here and we both really enjoyed the experience. $8 for adults and $4 for children. Be careful what you say around the birds!
Absolutely amazing place! The staff are so kind and clearly love what they do! The bird park is well worth the money I could have spent all day there and can happily say I’ll drive to palmy just to visit again! 100% will wait for items to be shipped to my hometown knowing I’m supporting a small, loving business!
