A great place to relax, unwind, or exercise. It is a leash-off dog park. I go there daily and dogs as well as owners are friendly. There are also ducks, frogs, and koi fish in the pond. There is also the odd neighbourhood movie night provided by the Manawatu District Council! 20/10!
Cool sports park ground very hard. Even during winter. Kids playground was ok. Community swimming pools next door.has toilet, shower and changing rooms, and a drinking fountain. Can take dogs for walks down there too
Great facility. However it they filled that big hole in the ground, next door to the pool, you would have heaps more parking. That area of the slope is doing nothing.
Great park, huge field.
I watched Grandies complete l tried the tri. Wonderful community event. Great organisation lots of superb volunteers. Families out enjoying the early evening
