I had a fantastic experience at Turners North Shore thanks to Neave and Sweta. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and understanding throughout my visit. Even though I didn't end up purchasing a car, they made sure my experience was pleasant and informative. I highly recommend Turners North Shore, and I'm grateful for Neave and Sweta's exceptional customer service.

Graham provided an amazing customer service experience. He helped sell our car. Although we didn't get the price we expected, the overall service was great.

While walking up archers road on the pedestrian footpath with my newborn baby a loading truck parked fully on the footpath while also on the double yellow lines forcing me to walk around it on the roadside. Not wanting to be a keyboard warrior I asked the driver what I was supposed to do. He shrugs his shoulders and made his way up to the office. So I followed him up, told a member of the Turners staff who couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge me. Went to another staff member who said he’d pass onto management. There’s absolutely no regard here.

Went through the process of booking an appraisal and traveling from out of town to the northshore center, and sat with the assessor who gave the old the market has dropped out of the EV market and offer $1000-$2000 with out even looking at the vehicle. A same EV with higher Km at a different turners branch is on sale for $8000.nAre they for real expecting to make 400% on the sale... ridiculousnI could have saved myself a 2hr round trip if they had made the appraisal over the phone, and I'd still not looking at selling through turner's.nFirst and last impression and experience with them, wouldn't recommend them or use them in future

Either these guys don’t know anything about vehicle values, or they are trying to rip off the public. I booked in for a valuation of my 2019 Ranger. After one hour, I was offered $21,000. They offered to put it to auction, but I wanted a cash offer. I sold it to a dealer a week later for $37,500. The dealer listed it for $45,000 if I had accepted Turners offer, it would have cost me $16,500. This is either completely unethical business practice, or incompetence. You decide. But be very careful.
