Turners Cars North Shore

My wife and I purchased a Skoda from here. The Salesperson Sweta Patel was extremely helpful and awesome to deal with. No pressure and nothing was a problem. There were some scratches and marks on the cars roof that werent noted on the Turners inspection report. We didnt notice these until we got the car home. We raised this and Sweta kindly arranged to have the scratches removed with a cut and polish and a courtesy car while the work was done. Very impressed with the customer service from her. We also dealt with business manager Nicole around some warranty/breakdown insurance options. We however found that the Skoda was still under factory warranty so didnt take the offer. Nicole was super friendly, gave us some great advice and again there was no pressure to take the insurance. Thank you Sweta and Nicole!! We love the car and we will definately be back for future potential vehicle purchases!!
