We purchased a hybrid car from this dealer and within just one week the battery completely died. Since then, we haven’t been able to use the car at all. It feels like we bought a car but never really had one. I cannot understand how such a major issue like the battery wasn’t checked properly before selling it. This has been very disappointing and stressful, and I would strongly urge the dealer to take responsibility and ensure customers don’t go through this experience.
