Got excellent services from Star Chen. He gave me all the informations I need during the whole process of purchasing and his professional experience of how to select the used car. He always think from perspective of customer and provide appropriate choices for me. And finally help settle down every paperworks and send key sets to me. Very professional and helpful.

I had similar experience to some other reviewers. Walked around car yard, went into inside area. Staff in there, someone at their desk, was ignored, so I left. The next time I came in a week or so later, the nice receptionist walked me over to a guy's desk and asked him if he could help me. He appeared reluctant to get up from his desk. I get the strong sense of complacency and perhaps some arrogance among the staff given that some models have waitlists and basically sell themselves. Had much better experience at the Wairau Honda dealership nearby.
