Story

Hi there, Our names are Aaron and Fran Cooper.Established in 2006. We have a small home based bakery in Tauranga. Where we bake specialty bread s, Wedding and Occasion Cakes and do small Function Catering. We Bake everything from scratch and is all handmade .We sell our products at a number of local Farmers Markets around the Bay and create food for you with flare!! We offer you a wide range of freshly baked foods and offer a great selection of Anti Pesto Platters and more Traditional Platters with home made Savouries, Quiche, Sausage Rolls and Sandwishe's and much more... We love to bake food with a passion and can create food with a difference just for you!!

The foods are great. The lady making the coffee is awesome and nice. I love everything in this place except the young man cashier, it feels like our presence was an interruption/burthen to him from taking our order to serving the panini to the table. Hmmm.. , but I will definitely come back soon and recommend this lovely place.
Staff is super friendly and Milkshakes are fantastic. Had coffee there a few times as well and never dissapoints. Wide vartiety of sweets and saviouries as well. Havent tried the food from the menu but it always looks great .
Love, love, loved the injected donut I tried! The chicken and cranberry panini was also excellent. The freakshake however was mostly whipped cream rather than milkshake so you’re paying pretty much for everything on top of the shake. Otherwise, a decent place to visit! Will definitely be returning to try the other injected donuts
Had cinnamon donut, cinnamon twist, ham n cheese toast. All of them sooo good. Donut and twist's bread felt super nice sofr and fresh. Will try injected donut next time.Food: 5/5
I use The Whipped Baker almost weekly for corporate catering for a large law firm, and they never fail to deliver!! I cannot recommend Frances and her team highly enough. The variety, price & quality of the food is top notch, and the service is beyond expectation. Nothing is ever too much for them and they always work hard to be flexible around our ever-changing environment. Thank you Whipped Baker & we look forward to continuing to work with you in 2023! : Vegetarian options: Frances is always open to making new dishes not on their menu, upon request. The vegetarian options she has made have been some of the best overall!
If you haven't tried the donuts yet You better hurry Because they are soooo good Cream donuts are great and cinnamon twists are my favorite
Got charged for $15 just for a regular coffee and scone. Good thing I checked the receipt as the offer was for $10 combo. Cashier readily gave my $5 back after I noticed the error. Hmm... Good coffee though.
We experienced this lovely Bakery when we delivered the leadlight door for repair last week. We decided then to return for a lunch had coffee and scone/cake first time. Wonderful service, fantastic restful environment with some vintage radio from the historic village radio station. I had the wrap and the doughnut . Diane had 9also the doughnut and what she described as being "fantastically light, delicious pie"
The very best and biggest doughnuts I've ever seen. Well worth the wait in line. It is always busy but the line moves fast.
Best doughnut ever! Fresh light cake, fresh cream, strawberry jam, white chocolate and salted caramel sauce! Yummy!Food: 5/5
