The Cheesecake Shop NZ

Was buying full cake, but kindly asked to be cut in half and out in seperate boxes which I expected to pay extra. The lady however charged for 2x half instead of full one plus extra for the box. The bow ended up costing $15. Not sure why the box is so expensive, bit great customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Tauranga Central Cheesecake Shop today 20/09/2022. The customer service I received was unacceptable especially when the person working today made a mistake by overcharging me. I told her I think she’s over charged me and her statement was “well you’ve already paid for it” not even an apology or anything. We go out of our way currently to access this cheesecake shop and to receive this type of service is really disappointing. She provided no proper advice regarding how a refund would work. I would also like someone to get back to me regarding this matter.

Their cheese cake is absurdly delicious! We got the cookies and cream, and Jamaican chocolate - both equally as rich and yummy! We also got two cake pops which were so moist and chocolately. The only disappointment was the two donors. They were like stale bread and very inedible. Next time I’ll just stick to buying what they do best : I will definitely be coming back.

No disappointment with the taste. Always ask for fresh cakes baked on the same day. Caramel cupcakes are my favorites.

Awesome cake they make. I always like there mud cake and cheese cake as well. Nice and friendly staffs. They got lots of car parking in front of there entrance. There car parking and entrance is very wheelchair friendly. If you want to order a customised cake you need to order at least two or three days ago.

Very friendly and helpful young team with great tasting and a huge variety of cakes, my favourites are the cookies n cream and creamy caramel cheesecake! Always very clean and tidy at the front, would highly recommend treating yourself at the Tauranga Cheesecake Shop! Very happy with my experience
