Good coffee. Comfortable even on a hot day. Newspaper so I can do the Code Cracker. Decent selection of food. What more could anyone ask for?

Gets 5 stars for the banh mi alone, but the service is very friendly too, and I'm sure I'll work my way onto the rest of the food at some point, all of which seems very reasonably priced.

Nice staff, very helpful with the wifi. Lots of seating options.

Some good, tasty options here. Prices are fairly good. Only wish they kept their food in a warmer instead of in a chiller with a microwave waiting. Microwaved food from a cafe is always a downer.

A good place to go and enjoy a coffee and lunch with a friend. Vietnamese foods great and reasonable. Love the salads.

Terrible microwaved food... Expresso was cold and burnt! Even the pot of hot water was luke warm. Clean with very friendly service a plus though.
