KFC Gate Pa

Hardly got any good customer service here. There was a classic coke in my order. One of the Indian lady gave a zero sugar coke to me straight away, said no classic coke while turning around to serve other people, I asked another lady to have a Fanta instead. It was very rude. I know she is one of the old stuff here, had a lot of bad service from her.

Meals are always wrong, never follow the instructions and the items I change are never updated, I get the original zinger box but swap the chips and P&g out from plain gravy and bread roll, they charge you for this .50c each substitution and they still don't give you what you ordered, straight up theft. It happens everytime and I have to go back and make them change it and they get angry with me. Why they are still banging on about no lettuce is also a scam, there's lettuce for days in every supermarket in our region, sick of massive cabbage stalks I get home and use my own lettuce but I'll skip KFC for the foreseeable future

The chicken was dry, the chips didn't have enough KFC famous salt, the potato n gravy was more potato than gravy and was rather powdery.nBut I will give them a chance and buy there again as it may have been a one time thing, unlike Rotorua main store in the CBD

U need to step up ur game and put more love into ur jobs. Salt the chips give the right amount of p n g not less I totally got ripped off of 76 bucks and my food delivered cold and dry. Not cool on Father's day. Also yous never answer the phone.

Twister with no slaw or tomato just lettuce and stuff all mayo .paid $16 wish I hadn’t gone through the drive through . Snack burger Como had chicken and chips mixed so didn’t get portion of chips displayed on order board .
