KFC Gate Pa

Don’t see the point of having click and collect function if the food wouldn’t even be ready within the allocated time. I understand time can change depending on busyness in store but having to wait extra 30-40 minutes on top of estimated time is a real disappointment. The preparation and waiting system in store is poor, pretty much Uber drivers get priority or if someone just go straight to the pick up counter and show their order number even if their order is after someone’s else, their order will get prepared straight away. Even customers that ordered in store right there and then get their orders before online orders, KFC might need to look into their online ordering system or just scrap this function.

I had a great experience at KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. A staff member named Harpreet was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. Their excellent customer service made the experience even better. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and I would happily visit again soon.

Rude, pushy boy on the intercom when we went through the drive thru on Tuesday 21st Aprilnat around 6:30pm. Wouldn't let me finish what I was ordering, rushed us to make the next order for 3 of us I told him to just wait as he clearly thought he was being funny. When he read our order back he got it wrong because he was being rude and pushy and NOT listening. Then when I asked for an extra drumstick, only then did he tell us they only had chicken wings so would have got quarter packs with only wings if i hadnt asked.... had enough of this poor service at this point and went next door to Wendy's. Will NOT be going back to KFC Gate Pa. I'm sure there are good, respectful staff there, but not worth the risk of encountering this staff member again. Thought we'd try again after many incomplete orders in the past ... lesson learned, won't be going back.

I recently visited KFC and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty, especially the crispy chicken which was perfectly cooked. The staff was polite and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it to others.
