KFC Tauranga

I ordered a quarter pack and got what I expected. A little dry, but cheap food and I'm happy. HOWEVER the rep asked if I wanted to scan a barcode to give feedback for a few drink and fries, and because I missed the first time she said it, offered to do it for me.nI handed her my phone, expecting her to scan the code and hand it back. She filled in the whole survey, five stars everything, then clicked across to Google maps and gave herself five stars here too!nI'm only editing to fix it; if she hadn't overreached it would have been the solid 3 star experience I expect from a local KFC.

the Filipina manager was amazing, she did a great service. Very helpful, this KFC is so lucky to have her in this store. Keep up the good work.

A few days ago, I ordered the Wicked Lunch and it’s honestly a really good deal for the price. Everything else was great, but unfortunately the fries were undercooked.nnToday I went through the drive-through again and ordered the Wicked Lunch once more. While placing my order, I specifically mentioned that last time the fries were uncooked and asked if they could please make them extra crispy. Sadly, even this time, although everything else was good, the fries were still not cooked properly.nnI’m highly disappointed, especially after mentioning the issue in advance. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency.

Tried the double downs todaynnNot too bad except they didn’t look good in shape

Possibly up there as my worst kfc iv ever been too. Chicken seemed like it had been in tnere warmer for a while was not that hot/fresh. Had better at other KFCs
