KFC Tauranga

Just ordered KFC and paid $150 for food and delivery…no show with food, but says food has been delivered with random photo of a counter. Phoned KFC they didn’t take any responsibility for no food. Manager didn’t want to know. Absolutely appalling…no offer of food or refund. Just told to phone the 0800. Have a group of people waiting for food!!nNo rating for food as we didn’t get any…would give 0 rating if poss. They were happy to take the money! Can’t reach the 0800 message for a refund…says they can’t handle the request at this time!nThanks for nothing literally KFC!

Honestly had the worst customer experience Sunday morning 17/03/24 around 11:30 - 12:00 AM , Maori lady who I assume is the manager had the most dirty attitude towards me, when I ordered 3 zinger boxes but she ended up charging me for 4 boxes. I still haven’t gotten my refund back. Please KFC do check up on your staff, this lady could be going through something.

Staff seemed disinterested, got our order wrong, the fries were limp and lifeless and the chicken was oily. To top it off, the booth was dirty. They weren’t exactly busy, so someone could have easily gone round and wiped the seats and tables. Frankly it was awful, the worst KFC we’ve ever been to, and even if someone else paid, we wouldn’t go back. We would’ve given it zero stars, but Google won’t allow less than one

XL Bucket Meal, 7 out of 16 pieces were wings. Definitely not fresh chicken pieces. All the chips were too salty that you couldn't get to eat it all.

Huge shoutout to the two guys working at the front on Fridays. Absolute machines. Impeccable service. Those boys, especially the one with the bucket hat, look after them as they are the heart of this business. His service alone is what makes me pledge my allegiance to only Cameron road Kfry I will come back every Friday
