KFC Tauranga

Had a great experience at KFC Tauranga. Anu Vattaparayil Joseph was at the counter and provided excellent service. She was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the great customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with my food order. The order was incorrect, and trying to get it fixed was extremely frustrating.nnThe staff member serving me struggled to understand English, which made it very difficult to explain the issue. Instead of listening carefully or asking for help from another staff member, they acted as though nothing was wrong and didn't seem to take responsibility for the mistake. I felt like my concerns were being ignored rather than addressed.nnGood customer service is about communication and resolving problems. If a staff member is unable to communicate effectively, there should be someone else available to assist customers. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case during my visit.nnI hope management provides better training and support to ensure customers receive the correct orders and that complaints are handled professional

They are so desorganized with the orders and everything that is happening. They take more than 40 min to make an order of 2 twiser, 1 burger, 1 chips and 1 snack box. Customer service there doesn't care. This is not the first time I have problem with them.

Won’t be going back there again and I blame the manager. 1st visit ordered 10 piece gave us 4 wings that were so dry they were hard as golf balls 2nd visit ordered gimmie 5 and the pieces were undercooked raw under the skin went back next day cause of visitors hoping it was good all over cooked couldn’t eat the skin too crunchy hard. This time I rung the manager she told me to email my receipt photos etc but the email address was wrong good luck going cameron road will drive further just to enjoy a decent feed of kfc

We ordered online for a pick up at 5.40pm but didn't get our food until 6.05pm. The team was clearly under staffed. The CEO of Restaurant Brands needs to be be replaced. KFC has a 3.5 star rating. That alone tells you this company has major issues and is not customer focussed. Shame as the food is nice.
