Saigon Corner Food Truck

Had rice paper rolls with peanut sauce 11$ which were good Also had beef noodle soup. This was 19$. Not to my liking. And fried chicken which was really good. 8$. Good menu but beef noodle didn’t work out for me . Certainly worth a visit. Will try something different next time..

Taste: 4/5 Price: $-$$ Portions: medium The pho was good, but super oily. The pana cotta dessert turned out to be a super sweet lychee drink with tiny cubes of panna cotta on top, a bit misrepresented.

Friendly staff and food was served quickly. Chicken noodle soup had a flavourful broth and I appreciated the use of chicken thigh rather than breast. Spicy lemongrass beef and summer rolls were both not bad, but the duck curry disappointed as it was way too sweet and the pineapple further contributed to the overwhelming sweetness. Overall a good experience.

Seven of us came for lunch yesterday. I had waterfall chicken with ginger rice and my wife had spicy lemongrass beef noodle soup. Both of them were really good. The others in our group enjoyed their dishes as well. I also ordered Vietnamese coffee with ice and condensed milk. It didn’t come with the coffee dripper as in the picture and as we usually get in the US; it came already mixed. But it still tasted good. This restaurant is recommended

The staff here all look miserable and unwelcoming.The service was appalling.The food was tasty enough although summer rolls sit in a chiller, are chewy and bland and curry and crispy chicken was definitely reheated and not made fresh.We sat having to listen to the melancholy music of 'Muse' which definitely didn't help the "authentic Vietnamese vibe".. I never normally write reviews but this experience most definitely warrants one.

Lovely fresh flavors. Service was great. Meals came quickly. Only slight grumble...music playing wasn't fitting with the restaurant.

Love the squid salad, so nice and generous, good prices and everything is always so fresh. Nice decor, good and fast service. Visited again recently after lockdown, the service was wonderful and complied to the covid-19 rules. I had the hot Vietnamese coffee to drink which was amazing! We got the chicken skewers appetizer, coconut crumbed prawns and popcorn chicken. And again I got the delicious squid salad. I bought the special duck curry home for my partners dinner and he also loved it! Will definitely be returning

Really delicious fresh Vietnamese food ! The spicy beef pho and fried squid salad ! Big portions and reasonable price. The viet ice coffee was average however. Gets busy during lunch and dinner

Had the prawns on rice & sago dessert delivered tonight. Tasted so good. and the portions were very generous. Definitely ordering again!
