Nice place to have a retirement life, friendly residents and lovely carers

Reshma and the team at The Village Palms are absolutely amazing.nIt is my mother’s 92nd birthday today and as I live in Australia I wanted to arrange a morning tea for mum and a few ladies. The food was delivered and the staff set it up and arranged for mum and her friends to enjoy. I was sent a photo by Reshma. Mum was delighted. I cannot speak highly enough about the facility. My mother has recently moved here to live. Staff are efficient, friendly and courteous. Her suite is tidy and warm with great views. Mum is happy enjoys the meals but would prefer to remain @ home @ 94 not possible or wise.

Very new Rest Home for those requiring a home like complex with caring staff. Very clean with nice grounds. Shops nearby for those whom can get about easy. For those less mobile a van is used for outings etc .... everyone looks happy there

Staff are friendly and willing to help out if you have any questions or queries about the home as long as you are in person. However they are lackluster at getting back to you and provide information. The over phone service isn't good. They won't call back even if they say they will . Interior very lackluster for a place so expensive . Management is the root problem of any serious issues with the home. Staff help ad much as they can
