Liquid Laundromat Richmond Christchurch

My first visit, and was impressed with the clear instructions on the machines. There was no seat, which is not helpful. The floor was a bit grubby. But machines worked well. Very happy w the result.

Good and handy place to come and wash or dry your clothes, unfortunately sometimes a couple of homeless at the door but nothing you can not go around.

Was clean and tidy and not very busy during the day.

I like that it's open 24hrs but when I went in at about 6am it smelt of cigarettes and there were butts on the floor - I thought it maybe used as housing for some of the homeless

So disappointed because after topping up my key for a large dryer at the dairy shop my husband and I went home and did our washing and returned about an hour n half later to dry our clothes. When we put the key in to dry it showed low balance. I took it back to the dairy shop and kindly asked the lady why that was the case as I had just topped up and we hadn't use the dryer at all. She checked and said $0!! I tried to explain to her that's my point... why??? I told her I was there earlier and she said she recognized me....She couldn't answer and got the other guy to come over and said they cant do anything but to contact laundromat. I have been going to this place for so long and got really upset as they should have been able to explain why this happened? Instead he didn't have a clue! Had to top up again to use the dryer. It is so convenient and down the road for us but now m not sure if it is reliable!nnThanks to Tania admin for helping me out and answering questions as to why this happened!! 5 stars for customer service and providing a solution from ur end!! Appreciate it!
