AA Centre - Shirley

Darcey-Lee was kind and patient with the elderly people before me. They were also very understanding of my anxiety which really helped. 10 out of 10 experience today. Genuinely lovely staff.

I went in earlier today. The staff in general were pretty welcoming. I was served by Rawinder who was so lovely. I'm a pretty anxious person in general but he was so kind and patient. Amazing service!!

I recently visited the AA Centre in Shirley to sit my driving license theory test, and I had a great experience thanks to Hanna. She was incredibly welcoming, calm, and professional throughout the process. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease and clearly explained everything I needed to know. Her friendly attitude and efficiency helped reduce my nerves and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Sadly not a great experience. Staff were lovely but the wait time was terrible. I popped for a RealMe verification, only 2 people infront of me and wait time nearly 1 hour. I had my 2 children with me including 1 year old and it pretty hard to wait that long for a 2 minute photo that didn’t work on my phone. This should be a self service with a kiosk/tablet. I felt for the staff having to deal with disgruntled customers.. :

The lady with the long straight brown hair was very undermining. After she mentioned I could take a form home, I said politely I could fill the form here. She then raised her voice and aggressively pointed her finger at the form booth and in a rude tone told me to go get the form. I'm unsure why she treated me like a child in that moment. Very unprofessional.
