AA Centre - Shirley

Be cautious of the female staff member with glasses, multiple piercings, and dyed bangs with long hair. As soon as customers turn around, she starts gossiping about them behind their backs.nnI visited this center for a RealMe verification and ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. A male staff member checked in with me halfway through and told me to just keep waiting, and it would be processed. But when it was finally my turn, the female staff member told me they couldn’t do RealMe verification today.nnI was so frustrated — I told her the male staff member had said it was possible, but she asked who told me that. When I pointed to him, he completely denied ever saying it. What am I talking to ghosts?nnThey completely wasted my time and didn’t offer any apology. To top it off, right after finishing up with the customer before me, she loudly commented on how that person had bad breath. Overall, this was a really disappointing and unprofessional experience.

More people need to give positive feedback. I had an awesome experience at aa shirley yesterday. The staff are so friendly and kind, and super patient with customers. Yes there was a bit of a wait, but that's part of life. 10/10 for the staff on yesterday! Keep up the good mahi.

This morning I went into the Shirley AA Branch to renew my Drivers License, there were 3 full lines of people waiting to be served when I entered so I had plenty of time to observe. I am writing to congratulate the Branch for hiring exceptional staff , they are patient, kind and have compassion for the older generation. They also conversed and laughed with every customer. We are all busy people and have somewhere to be so I was very impressed with how each of them dealt with the lines in front of them and one by one treated the customer with respect and got the job done. Well done

Today I was very impressed by the helpful service of the team at Shirley. From having my needs assessed while waiting in line to ensure I was well prepared, to having the friendly professional help I received from Angela who was so helpful in making sure I got everything I needed to sorted. Thanks heaps!

I would like to pass onto the Manager at Shirley -Marshland Road how extremely impressed I was with the 2 male customer service staff helping customers on Thurs 28Nov. Their professional friendly manner was outstanding. I was greatly impressed with their ability to engage in lively conversation with every customer the whole time I was there. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names
