Have been coming to Speights for many years although recently was the first time in a while.nnCame early on a weekday 5:30pm and there were only two other guests and they don't have music or anything so not much of a vibe at that time.nnStaff were very friendly and the food came out quick.nnThe garlic loaf is always a highlight, highly recommend.nnChicken Parma was yum however the shoestring chips were uninspired.

Such a good place for dinner. Out with friends, colleagues or kids. Great portion sizes, value for money, awesome service. If someone has forgotten something, another staff member or the manager/owner picks up on it. All Menu items are done really well, with something for everyone. Upgraded from 4 stars a few years ago. Speights knows what they're doing. Food, atmosphere, service, awesome..
Loved everything about our visit - food was delicious, waitresses were amazing, efficient and polite - the epitome of great service. Thank you so much, definitely a place to visit. I had ribs - you can take the bone out and just enjoy - succulent and juicy. The rest of the table had also enjoyed sirloin steak and chicken parcel. Overall we all had a great night.
