Had the WOAP burger and was really good! I give it a solid 8/10 and fully recommend to trying it. Really good flavours defintley will be coming back. The two servers Lily and Amelia were fun and bubbly and certainly made the evening better. Also the bar tenders mana waves were a great touch. Defintley worth a visit
Husband’s curry very good. Service pleasant. My chowder I was a bit uneasy about, decided to eat only half of it, nothing I could explicitly identify other than the seafood was a big chewy. I vomited it all up at 1am.
Overall a very disappointing meal. My main issue was the size of the pork belly, the 1 medium size potatoe the nicest thing & 3 bits of carrot and some leek. The pork tasted ok. The small portion of crumble was delicious. The friendly waitress had too large an area so service was slow. Also one of our party had to wait for their main until the others were almost finished as there was a mistake with the order.
Good value and atmosphere. The buttermilk fried chicken was good, could do with a bit more seasoning in the coating of the chicken in my opinion. Deserts were slightly disappointing in the the orange blossom cream that came with the carrot cake seemed to be on the verge of splitting and tasted a bit odd also and the molten lava cake had zero filling in it due to being microwaved within an inch of its life. The deserts need some work and perhaps portions a little larger too.
Food is so nice I was super impressed. Will definitely come back again.
