Love the new decor with the half wall for dining area. We are really excited to see what the new owners of only a week or 2 will do to this place.nWe had some delicious meals and dessert, and really impressive service from the staff on duty tonight.nWe are hopeful the new owners may be open to the idea of special nights for music, quiz, 2 for 1 drinks or meals etc??? .nI'd highly recommend checking them out. We were very impressed and will look to return again soon. Thank you
staff was so wholesome!! the food took quite a bit of time and can be a bit pricey but the atmosphere makes up for it. drinks were tasty too!nnthey didn't have garlic bread that night though :
If you're looking at having just a quiet meal for two, a family meal with the kids or even hold a private function, this is your place!nnI organised my mum's 80th here with close to 40 people and not one of us could fault the staff, service or food. Everything was absolutely top notch 10 out of 10!nnFrom the moment I emailed them asking whether they could accommodate us for lunch at short notice, John made it so easy for me to organise. He answered all my millions of questions and the place was set up beautifully for mum's special lunch. The seating arrangements were perfect, the atmosphere was quiet and warm, the staff were incredibly professional, helpful & a lot of fun and the food absolutely delicious! They even provided a microphone for the speeches and made mum feel very special.nnA huge shout out to John and our bar staff on the day - Rory, Breanna and the young fella apologies I can't remember your name. Updated review. Went back today for lunch and had an awesome experience. Fantastic new west Coast Ipa released today and the sharing platter was one of the best we have ever had. We will be back!nnDecember 2020 previous reviewnnLovely spot, quite good beer and food was good. But unfortunately on this night the service was really lacking. Had to go to the bar several times to order drinks and still they forgot drinks. They forgot to come over and ask if we wanted a main so we went somewhere else for a second course.
Very pleasant visit, bar staff attentive and menu satisfactory. Nice meal and atmosphere great. Thanks.
