The Abbey

Came in last night with my family to celebrate my Dad's birthday. The service was excellent and we were well looked after by the staff. Especially by the Asian waiter with the black suspenders. The venison special was the highlight of the night. The dish was presented beautifully and was very tender and delicious. Will definitely visit again!

Mischa and her team at the Abbey put on the BEST evening for us. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere with wonderful customer service and outstanding food, one of the best steaks I've ever eaten! A great place to go for a casual dinner with friends or a first date ;

absolutely wonderful staff and food! the bar staff were incredibly friendly and gave amazing and assuring service. Food and drinks arrived very promptly and serving portions were perfect, they're good for sharing and eating alone, whichever you prefer, as well it is worth the money! The owner introduced herself to my group as we were dining, who is a very friendly and proud woman, a delight to meet! I will definitely be dining in again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something easy to eat and good cocktails! Parking: indoor and outdoor seating

Superb food. Steak was cooked to perfection, and the creme brulee was amazing. Only flaws were with the service. Water was hard to come by they didn't have jugs for the table, and they did not top up water unless asked. I am sure we would have all had more drinks if they had been more attentive on that front as well. All in all, a very pleasant evening.
