Excellent. My girlfriend wants to murder bunnies. She had outstanding help from the staff, fitting her with a wide range of death bang sticks appropriate for her size and ability. He guided her on all the aspects of the weapon vault, bunny enlarger for best accuracy to vaporise the pesky little rodents humanely, as well as value for money.nnOh yeah, I got some EXCELLENT gloves after help from staff. I wandered away during talk of shoulder vs neck vs body shots. Humane kills, not tequila.

Do not order anything online from Hunting and Fishing. I only received half of the items from my order and was unable to contact Hunting and Fishing for a refund on the remaining items. 2 months later I ended up having to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money back.... really poor customer service from Hunting and Fishing.
Rang the Tauranga store to ask if it would be possible to re-spool my reel.I was told that would be no problem, I then asked if it would be ok to do it while I waited as Im from out of town and once more I was told that it would not be a problem. When I arrived at the store I was told that there would be a 2 hour wait so I left with leaving them my number. An hour or so later I had a call to say that they no longer could spool my reel as they were to busy. Thats nearly 3 hours out of my day plus fuel costs for nothing. Over the last few years we have brought many large ticket items form you so feel very let down. Other stores will now benefit from my purchases as Hunting and fishing is now off my our shopping list
Love hunting and fishing stores normally but .....nPopped into Hunting & Fishing Tauranga recently and left feeling pretty disappointed. The staff, especially in the gun department, came across as unfriendly and dismissive — like they were sizing me up based on how I looked rather than actually helping me out.nnIt felt like if you don’t “look” like the typical hunter, you’re not worth their time. Was hoping for a bit of advice or at least a decent level of customer service, but instead got a cold shouldernnBig range of gear, sure — but the atmosphere didn’t make me want to come back. Two stars purely because the store is well-stocked.
