Excellent. My girlfriend wants to murder bunnies. She had outstanding help from the staff, fitting her with a wide range of death bang sticks appropriate for her size and ability. He guided her on all the aspects of the weapon vault, bunny enlarger for best accuracy to vaporise the pesky little rodents humanely, as well as value for money.nnOh yeah, I got some EXCELLENT gloves after help from staff. I wandered away during talk of shoulder vs neck vs body shots. Humane kills, not tequila.

Do not order anything online from Hunting and Fishing. I only received half of the items from my order and was unable to contact Hunting and Fishing for a refund on the remaining items. 2 months later I ended up having to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money back.... really poor customer service from Hunting and Fishing.
I was left extremely disappointed by my recent visit to the Tauranga Chapel Street store. I purchased two pairs of Hunting & Fishing branded rugby shorts about a month ago. After only a couple of wearings, the seam down the crotch on one pair separated where it appears there was not enough overlap in the stitching. I returned the faulty goods immediately, but was wait for about 20 minutes while various staff tried to find someone qualified to make a decision on what to do with these. Eventually they asked me to leave the goods with them while they spoke to head office. This morning I was called and told that there was no case for a warranty claim and all they could do is offer me a 30% discount on a new pair. I believe the fault should have been covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act but given the low price and poor quality I have decided not to pursue this further. My recent experience has left me with a very poor impression of the Hunting and Fishing brand. I will not be purchasing any more clothing, boots or equipment for myself or my workers from this store.
My new superstore..Alex is the best, so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
