Huge thanks to Jules at Burnsco for absolutely saving the day! He was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he finally got my VHF radio problem sorted after I’d been battling with it for ages. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and Jules went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend!
Purchased a portable power station via click and collect for a new van I was picking up. When it became apparent I wasn’t going to be able to collect it before the store closed, Jules went above, beyond and out of his to help me get it. Fantastic service, and much appreciated.
Massive shoutout to Kyle at Burnsco Tauranga — the bloke is an absolute weapon.nWalked in expecting to do the usual marine-shop thing… stand there looking confused, accidentally buy a stainless cup holder, 14 metres of rope I didn’t need, and somehow leave even more confused than when I arrived. Instead, Kyle sorted me out like an absolute pro.nThe guy actually knows his stuff, answers every dumb question without making you feel dumb, and somehow has the patience of a saint dealing with people like me asking 47 questions about things I’ll probably forget by tomorrow.nYou know the difference? You can go to some shops and stand around like a half-sucked mintie, waiting for someone to acknowledge your existence while three staff members perfect the art of avoiding eye contact. Or… you can go see Kyle and actually get looked after.nBurnsco Tauranga — give this man a pay rise before another business steals him. Blokes like Kyle are rarer than finding the exact bolt you need in the garage first go.

Really knowledgable helpful friendly staff who solved a gas burner/cooker challenge. Shop is crammed full of everything boats related
