I did a click and collect order online and was phoned several hours later to say that their website shouldn't have shown the plant in stock as they had never stocked it and that another planton my order was not actually correcton the website and was not in stock either, I was not offered any form of discount on my purchase nor any genuine effort to make good for the inconvenience and letting me down
Just a great garden centre! Staff are so friendly and helpful. They ranged a wide variety of plants and garden needs, bbq, indoor plants and accessories. The ladies are so nice they even helped me lift the big bbq box we purchased into my car. The shopping cart in case you have to entertain your little monsters!! Just one thing though these carts are a bit too hard to handle in the indoor plant area Isles are a little too tight and when you can't leave your monsters behind, you ended up not browsing hence Palmers is losing sales opportunity.

Good service, with a great selection of food.
So we went here to purchase a mandarin tree we had a general idea of what we wanted but were blown away by the varieties within the range. We must have looked a bit confused because when we needed help the attendant came straight over and offered awesome help so much so that we ended up buying two trees. Thanks Palmers and thanks to the attendant we now have healthy trees planted and look forward to lots of delicious fruit 6 months of the year
