I did a click and collect order online and was phoned several hours later to say that their website shouldn't have shown the plant in stock as they had never stocked it and that another planton my order was not actually correcton the website and was not in stock either, I was not offered any form of discount on my purchase nor any genuine effort to make good for the inconvenience and letting me down
Often come to Palmers not only for the hugh array of plants, flowers, and shrubs but also to visit the café.. this time we had lunch, coffee to die for, all meals are fresh n delicious.. lovely spot among the plants.. you can also bring your fur babies.. We'll be back
Just a great garden centre! Staff are so friendly and helpful. They ranged a wide variety of plants and garden needs, bbq, indoor plants and accessories. The ladies are so nice they even helped me lift the big bbq box we purchased into my car. The shopping cart in case you have to entertain your little monsters!! Just one thing though these carts are a bit too hard to handle in the indoor plant area Isles are a little too tight and when you can't leave your monsters behind, you ended up not browsing hence Palmers is losing sales opportunity.
Nice garden centre to visit, as well as a cafe, something for everyone. Lots to see, barbques and spa pools, nice decor area, only negative was the outdoor roof, it needs fixing it has holes and is dirty, as soon as you walk in you notice it.
Always a great experience... lovely plant selection and staff are knowledgeable. Cafe is delightful with a good range of food options.
