We have been trading with this Carters branch for some years now and so we can say we have seen there highs and lows.nA few years back this branch was possibly one of the worst we have dealt with, but that has all changed.nThe management have very much taken the bull by the horns and addressed a lot of the problems, particularly with customer service.nThe lads that work there now are switched on, very helpful and courteous and make our visits to this branch so much better than in the past.nSo well done guys, keep up the good work.
