Wonderful staff took amazing care of our elderly relative. They were kind, compassionate, knew our names and she loved them dearly. Thanks again
I had the best experience while out shopping at Bunnings and I had a gentleman with a summerset uniform go out of his way to help me. Although I didn't get his name I wanted to express my gratitude and make you aware of the asset you have among you!
Mother staying for few weeks in the resthome this place is amazing everyone and I mean everyone has smiled said hello and just looked after my Mother to the highest standard, if we lived here she would love to stay, I want to say thank you now, from daughter, thanks once again, such a happy place
My mum was dying of cancer. When mum passed the doctor was I felt nasty no sorry for your loss just condescending cutting the nuses that walked me down seemed to be a little bossy there were times mums buzzer was over other side of room. Plus some times I would go there mum looked like she was in a great deal of pain I had to ask for pain medication and the doctor is judging me all this at about five thousand a month.
An enquiry revealed that both of a couple have to be 70 years of age to move into this Village. Patently ridiculous. If your husband is 10 years or more older than yourself and needs a little extra care, but you yourself are 60, then you are refused. They would prefer that you NOT buy a License to Occupy at over $400,000, and dispense with the many years of monthly payments for care, because one partner is not 70 years of age.nWake up Summerset.
