Fun place, provides cold water refills. Play area is generally clean. The staff are friendly and always ready to rescue.

A fantastic place to spend the afternoon with the kids. It is a clean and tidy place with friendly staff that makes sure that the kids are safe while bouncing around. The kids particularly loved the foam pits and the Zorbs.nThe cafe has good food options and great coffee.

Kids always have fun when we visit and love getting a slushy to cool off afterward. Staff are generally pleasant and accommodating from my experience.

Took my daughter to cloud nine today and while I was watching her I noticed a staff member tending to a little girl who’d hurt her foot and was in tears. She took the time amongst the chaos to calm her down, give her a cuddle and ice pack for her foot. Was so nice to see her going above and beyond, Jasmine and Grace you’re both beautiful young ladies

We love cloud 9 and regularly take our kids there. Today wasn't a great experience though. 3 weeks ago we took 2yr and 6yr old to littles session told them shes 6 and it was no problem it was great and our kids love playing together. Today we were told 6yr old can't jump because shes about 2cm over 120cm she definitely didn't grow that much in 3 weeks. I didn't find that the staff member was very kind about it either. Maybe reconsider an age limit for littles session rather than a height limit.
