Palmerston North Holiday Park

Had an awesome stay here over the weekend. The management was so helpful and their service was fabulous. They stayed open late for me to check in. The facilities were clean and tidy. The playground was awesome and really toddler friendly which made our stay great. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back to stay again

Awesome cabins. Definitely more along the budget side but in saying that still tidy and over all clean.nPerfect spot if your into long walks but more ideal for families with kids as it’s walking distance to the Lido, Park and Train Rides.nFamily enjoyed staying here over the weekend. Thank you

Insanely rude management do not stay here. Messed up our booking and continued to blame us even when showed proof of the correct booking. When calmly trying to resolve the issue the man at the front desk became verbally abusive and aggressive. Ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to stay last minute as we no longer felt comfortable staying there.

Beautiful! I was quiet worried after reading the reviews, cause the man on the phone did seem quiet rude. After we got there, there was only a lovely woman at the reception! She was very helpful and welcoming. They gave us a great place to park with kids right next to the playground. If we ever come back to palmy we will definitely rebook there. Great location! Especially with children. Very tidy aswell

Rudest staff we have ever encountered. Multiple family members stayed for a funeral and all had terrible experiences. When booking an additional room for someone else we were told angrily “you have room in your cabin I don’t understand why they don’t just stay with you”.nWe got the strong sense they don’t want the hassle of paying guests.nnHere’s hoping they are relieved of that burden, no one returns and the business is passed on to people who are worthy of what is an amazing location. Until then, do not visit.
