AA Centre - Palmerston North

I recently visited the AA Centre in Palmerston North and was impressed by the staff's efficiency despite being busy. They managed the crowd with great teamwork and professionalism, ensuring everyone was attended to promptly. Highly recommend their services!

I want to say how much I appreciated the way my insurance matter was dealt with this morning. It was resolved in a very professional and friendly manner and I really felt that nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much Kate.

Actually they're incompetent. They refused to warrant and service our car until my husband gets a new steering rack put in which is not the case. Anyway my husband's work hours have been reduced which means he may not be able to afford to get a new steering rack. Well guess what unless AA wants to be closed down for refusing to warrant and service a car that was originally theirs to begin with then I will have them closed down. The car we have is one of their now old security cars for loan. And guess what else. Their was already a broken steering rack in so we decided to go to Honda to get them to put in a brand new steering rack but the wrong one. But still AA refused to warrant and service our car so we're going to get VTNZ to do it. Because they already know about the steering rack issue and VTNZ agreed to warrant and service our car despite not having a steering rack. And VTNZ also said just because our car doesn't have a steering rack. Refusal to warrant and service cars because of no steering rack is incompetent and so out of line. VTNZ also said that AA are meant to warrant and service cars even without steering racks and pass the warrant and service anyway. Anyway our car according to VTNZ will definitely pass their service without a steering rack which is way better than what AA ruined for our chances of getting our car back on the open road and parking in public car parks all because AA refused to warrant and service our car without a steering rack which they should have put in a brand new steering rack before deciding to swap cars with us.

Today I spent sometime with the wonderful Shelley trying to arrange a replacement for my mislaid driving licence - she was absolutely brilliant - all sorted with a little help from various ‘new’ instructions- thanku so much Shelley I really appreciate your considerate help - you made my day

I've been a customer at AA last week. I transfer the vehicle to my name and its free. They manage to complete it in few minutes. then they assisted me to approach Maggie for the insurance.nnI'm consistently impressed by the exceptional service they provide.
