We have recently bought a Vortex Nitro Hydroplus Avante Spa from Spa World Auckland and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We looked around and found Spa World to be the best for what we were looking for. We received excellent service and the communication was amazing. Peter Limpus went above and beyond to make the whole process enjoyable. We highly recommend Spa World.

I would not buy from this shop again. Our spa was delivered, set up by a Spa World technician and stopped working within 48 hours. Trying to get somebody to help involves being bounced around various email tickets, speaking to a different person each time. Currently waiting a week for someone to come and see it. Very disappointing that there is no local representative who takes ownership of getting the spa up and running and helping new owners.

After having brought our spa, nothing heard from them. Now we are happy with our spa , but with what we spent , a simple phone call or check up would've been suffice. If we got another 1, we certainly will be shopping around

Steve installed our fabulous new spa today, drove down from Auckland and was just awesome! Paddy & Steve did a top job getting us up and running and explaining the operation of it. Thank you for being such cool dudes in this heat! Recommend fully the Vortex, super quiet, beautiful.

Worst customer service and after sales support experience I've ever had. I bought a Jacuzzi Spa and after 2 weeks I noticed that one of the led lights is missing a part which eventually caused other damages to the spa. After constantly having to chase them about this it took them months to send the part. Once the technician dropped the part, he asked me to submit another call with Spa World for him to be able to charge the installation cost of the part. Broken part has now caused other damages to the spa. I have emailed, called and submitted multiple service tickets with no progress and after more than 4 months, issue is not yet resolved. Avoid this place - as soon as they sell their product, you won’t hear back from them if you need any support. Support team is so unhelpful and careless. Update: Spa was returned collected by spa world and full amount was refunded. But my review remains at 1 star as I had to pay for the electrician to connect the spa, prepare the site for the spainstalling pergola which is in no use and waste my time following up on this issue.

A small showroom packed into a larger warehouse/office, but with good service and sales to balance things out. For relatively affordable spas, they're definitely worth a look, and will walk you through the pros and cons of each pool with your budget and needs in mind. Lacks some of the elegance and polish of their opposition's showrooms and approach, but at a fraction of the price. They've been around for years, are trustworthy, and the spas seem a good deal.

Hands down the best customer service I have had when buying a spa. Michael clearly outlined the features and the benefits of each option so I could make an informed decision. Has worked with me to ensure delivery and handover on settlement day at our new property will be seamless. So far so good! Thanks

We have just ordered a Vortex Spectrum Spa through Spa World Penrose. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Peter Limpus. When purchasing a quality spa for the first time Peter soon put us at ease with professional attitude in talking us through and helping us find the correct spa that we required. We had been to a number of other spa dealers in the area. None of them came even close to the professional service we recieved and when you are looking for quality, Spa World spa's are head and shoulders above the rest. We really appriciated the great discount and add on products.

We bought a jacuzzi spa j275 less than 2 years ago, the heating unit has stopped working, only heats to 36 when set to 38.5 and we get overheating error messages. We have been waiting over a month for a resolution and after several emails and phone calls we still have no resolution from spa world, frustrating paying for power to run a spa you can't use. We thought buying a jacuzzi meant quality product and service, now wondering if we would have bought a cheaper alpine from somewhere else!!

Was looking for a louvre pergola and our friend recommended us to buy from Spa World. Went there at Panmure Showroom with my wife and were greeted by Michael O’Loan, the manager. He was very friendly and professional and gave us a quick run down of the Vortex Louvre Pergola and the benefits and features. We then signed up the order to purchase the item, all done very efficiently. We were impressed by the well displayed range of products which are of high quality and standards.
