A year ago, if you had told me I would have one of the cars I've always wanted since its launch, I wouldn't have believed you. Well, as of Friday I am now the extremely proud owner of an Evo X. A massive thanks to Daniel and Natalie at Autoport.nz for helping me through the sourcing process, from finding the car in Japan to handing over the keys, the process was awesome and extremely streamlined. The car was incredibly well presented and Daniel went above and beyond to get the car in perfect shape ready for delivery. Highly recommend for anyone after a new pride and joy, more people need to take advantage of this service! You guys are awesome at what you do, keep up the great work. Now it starts its life in New Zealand, 80k on the clock, ready for some incredible and potentially rather quick adventures. What a car.
In May 2021 I decided to purchase my next car through the Internet, while living in Australia. There was a website I liked a lot by the name of "autoport.nz". After searching through it for a while I found a beautiful Mercedes E250, equipped with all the bells and whistles one would expect from such a car. It had a very low guaranteed mileage. The price was more than reasonable. So, my wife and decided to go for it. I contacted Autoport.nz. A very helpful and nice person named Daniel contacted me and told me how to go about purchasing a car from them. I paid the initial ten percent deposit of the car’s price. Then the car was checked thoroughly, first in Japan, after shipping it to NZ it was once again checked here. When my wife and I arrived in NZ in July 2021 the car was very nicely groomed and waiting for me, as agreed with Daniel and Natalie another nice and supportive person of Autoport.nz. So, all up, I like the car, I like the way I was treated as a customer and there’s nothing I could complain about. In fact, our younger daughter is currently in the process of getting three cars from Autoport.NZ, one for her husband, one for her daughter, and one for herself. Finally, I’d like to mention that I am not linked in any way to Autoport.nz or receive any payment for my testimonial.
David, Daniel, and Natalie are amazing, the communication from this team is outstanding through the whole process. When you are given the name of the ship that your vehicle is on the excitement enhances. The car when I collected it exceeded my expectations, the car was delivered like new. The years warranty sold me on this, you do not get that included from any dealer unless you pay extra. I highly recommend Autoport.
First time to buy a vehicle without test runs. But all the concerns are wiped out by Autoport's outstanding services. Indeed, no used cars are perfect. Daniel has been extremely helpful and informative to help sort out the issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
I had my Subaru XV Hybrid delivered a couple of weeks ago, and I have been more than pleased with the vehicle. It was in excellent condition, low mileage and everything came out tops in an AA inspection. Though the current pandemic meant it was delayed later than expected both Daniel and Natalie kept me informed and allayed my concerns. This was my first time buying a car in this online fashion, I was quite apprehensive, but the care, professionalism, quality focused process and high standard of cars being imported meant I got a great buy. Buying a vehicle, especially for my favorite wife who knew what she wanted, could've been a stressful experience. I'm very thankful the car we found was with Daniel and David at Autoport. Autoport is very safe and reliable when buying cars online from japan and the uk. I only deposited 10% of the price and pay the balance when my new car arrived. The price I paidwhich was very cheap was included everything 5 day money back guarantee, mechanical warranty, registration,WOF, and other ORCs so there was no hassle and risk in my part. I just pick my car online, wait a few weeks, and Drive!
