Picked up a great promotion on Dunlop tyres and choose mobile fitting. Great communication and mobile fitting van arrived on time and approx 1hr to do 4 tyres. Very impressed with the professional service.
Excellent service! Needed 4 new tyres, and after endless browsing and review reading I found Hyper, the website was easy to navigate, amazing brand selections, affordable prices and the purchase went smoothly. After hearing all the stories from friends and family on how they had bad experiences with other services, I was a bit anxious as I never used them. Once I arrived on the booked date, everything was ready and they completed the job fast and professionally. I was genuinely happy that all this process went so smoothly. Would Recommend them any time!
Another great experience with Hyperdrive. Ordered BGW Apex wheels to be delivered to my Installer. Got a phone call from Hyperdrive to let me know about the Installation date being moved by 1 Day. The Wheels arrived with all mounting accessories such as Hub Rings and Lug Bolts. Installation was a breeze and now the car looks so much better :- Thanks Hyperdrive!!
nice price and good customer care at the front desk, but unprofessional work at the back , recently I bought new Blackhawk rims for my Toyota Highlander but who has done it wasn’t ok, untidy booth, marks all over the back , socket he used forgot in the cup holder at the front, I’ll upload some photos,
Hands down the best place to leave your vehicle in capable hands for the Hyper Drive team. Each and every staff greets you with a lot of respect and the customer service is just off the hook. I was blessed to be served by Sasha Stern who took care of everything top to bottom for the mags of my car. He kept in loop and sent me all the options explaining everything via email. He helped save me a lot of money. It was great to be served by him. What really stood out for Sasha was that, there was a slight delay for the job to begin as lock nut key for my car was misplaced not hyper drive team's fault. When I found the key, despite being so busy and missing out the appointment time Sasha managed to squeeze me in to get the work done. I am super happy with their service and cannot boast enough.
Was a bit weary about them at first as I don't know anyone who has dealt with them previously, but was impressed with the outcome. Prices are great and shipping came 2 days faster than estimated. Great local company

Highly recommend Nick and the team Excellent customer service! I organised my tires to be sent up from @hyperdrive in Auckland and installed at Carters Tyre in Whangarei Who Nick from Hyper recommended. Everything went smoothly without any issues! Carters even replaced my missing PINK valve cap, which I was extremely happy about.. Its the little things ....Thanks Team Sammie Johnson
Being the sceptic I am I was very cautious. but I was wrong . the price for my tyres was way better than anything local and they price matched another online quote and beat it by $20.00 a tyre , local fitting was arranged in the fitting price that included everything - No extras ,freight, valve , balancing , Disposal . lots of emails and great communications - highly recommend
2nd time I have used this team. 1st time I wasnt happy at the time but they admitted their mistake and endeavored to rectify it with a price discount and a free wheel alignment. I gave them a 2nd chance. Great service this time. Two tyres and a wheel alignment done while I waited in less than 1.5hrs. They have table and chairs setup so I was able to keep working and free WiFi. Will definitely use again.
