I have purchased a shower set. The handle is not fit the glass. And I have contacted them to replace a right handle. It’s just so hard to get shipped to me! I have paid the shipping fees! They just keep asking me to return the wrong handle! I have contacted their Post Haste to pick up for more than 3 times! No one come to pick! And they keep holding the right handle not to shipped! It’s just a faulty handle! And I purchased 4 items, 2 of them has problems need replace ! It took so long to get replaced an bad experience and poor products quality.
I purchased lots of products from Trade Depot, i.e. cooktop, wall mounted oven, bathtub, shower mixers, basin, vanities, vanity tap wares, heated towel rail, etc. The price of their products are reasonable and plenty of styles you can choose. Also, the salesman Li Zhi is super friendly and supportive. Whenever I have any questions with the products, he responded immediately. Highly recommended.
Come on guys!! I was about to online purchase over $2000 worth of goods but too many of these reviews are terrible. It's really not worth the hassle if items arrive damaged or faulty. Orders delayed and warranties not honored, unanswered phone calls & emails. Customer service sounds appalling. Perhaps you are understaffed & dealing with high volume orders, maybe staff need more training. Save your customers a headache and fix, replace or refund faulty/ damaged goods in a timely manner. You're prices are great but I'm happy to pay a reputable business more for similar items if it gives me peace of mind. EDIT reply: Do you understand the psychological factors that influence consumer behavior? I have seen your thousands of good feedback on Trade Me, however 96.4% positive feedback is not a flex. Please don't see this review as bad. It's constructive criticism. I wish your business all the best
Order three bathroom furnitures, two were delivered as damaged. Vanity was broken in half, and its replacement got a chipped edge which they refused to cover as warranty. Side cabinet got broken top and bottom boards. No warranty, no replacement, no refund, and no response from their email or online chat. Do not trust their products' quality and shipping quality, even though the package is intact, there is always broken part inside! Make sure you rip off all packages and check all details when you receive them by shipping. I used to think they have good price with reasonable quality, now I have to dump all of them and spend double cost to get replacements from somewhere else.
Terrible customer service. Been trying to sort this damaged washer out. Had the plumber come to install it only to find it was damaged. Waste our money as plumber still had to be paid a call out fee and still no washing machine. Delivery driver were rude too, in a hurry and wouldn’t give any delivery docket. Response added to company reply: I see you posted your comment two hours ago saying you’ve received the damaged item but your all kaka because the driver just picked it up 20mins ago. Just accept that you did provide poor service and don’t flip the situation back on the customer. Don’t say sorry and then give a excuse. That’s not an apology.
Well priced items and quite fast shipping the fliway guys they use are really helpful with the big items to. We bought a full kitchen set from trade depot, the oven and dishwasher turned up and work awesome. We had an issue with the rangehood being damaged and contacted the trade depot team. Initial respone took a few days but we were assisted by Joe A and wow he was helpful! Sorted out a new unit no problems at all and was really easy to deal with. Very happy overall guys and definitely recommend
Be careful buying their "frost free freezer" Buying and delivery of the items is what got them 2 stars, after sales service is pathetic. Upright freezer model from vogue is not really frost free, ice and frost is building up everywhere, so much so that it's harder to open the drawer. Contacted through email and no response, spoke to rep for technician but no luck either, if issue gets resolved will update in future.
I bought a double door fridge for $600 approximately which is running okay so far. My friend recently got a small wash basin for $69 which also looks okay. I've not dealt much with these guys but have heard they sometimes have good deals. The warehouse is massive, well maintained and presented. However, I feel there should be more staff members around to assist in my opinion. Staff members at the counters are friendly and helpful but seem under pressure. The overall procedure in terms of purchase to delivery/pick up can improve. Customer service is okay but can improve in terms of speed and efficiency.
Excellent service, particularly after I found the item damaged some months later. Hadn't opened item as it wasn't going to be installed for some time. TD have replaced my vanity top and I am so pleased. Would have totally understood if they had refused. Communication was so prompt, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be ordering items in the future. Highly recommended.
Good customer service experience for us. The basin was damaged on arrival and they arranged a replacement couriered from Hamilton. Happy with the quality of the product and great price. I would certainly recommend you check your order carefully on delivery for damage or defects to ensure hassle free replacement.
