People train here to get stronger. Owner of the gym can help with very knowledgeable personal coaching and setting up a program for you.

AOTEAROA STRONG staff are extremely helpful and communicate very well. I would highly recommend them.

Great classes. Gave me the skills I needed to take the next step in powerlifting. Great range of products offered in their store, facilities are fantastic and both Court and Rua are welcoming and helpful.
