Awesome team, great motivation with variety of movements and classes that get the heart rate going. 30min classes, functional fitness mixed with boxing. No class times so just rock up any time during open hours and start working your way through the 9 rounds/stations

Absolutely obsessed with this gym! Amazing trainers, love the worksouts and such amazing results!

Good little spot for those who want to experience cardio with a boxing/kickboxing theme. Works well for those who are busy as you get a trainer upon arrival. If you after pure boxing or kickboxing skill trainer I’d recommend elsewhere, but if you want more fitness based this is place for you/ plus you get a free trial

An absolute must for anyone that is time poor and/or looking for a challenging workout! Keep up the great work team, love the energy and enthusiasm.

This is a great and fun gym to join. Personal trainers is behind you all times to help and push you to your limit. The members are friendly the environment is good and music is rocking. I love workout at 9round.

Having not set foot in a gym for many years, I am really enjoying the structured but friendly approach here. It's been fun so far, and most definitely challenging. Looking forward to carrying on this journey to some real results.
