Mi Store NZ

Very efficient response on email. Store looks clean and tidy. Customer service experience was top notch as was greeted by every staff members when I went into the store. Communication was also efficient as 2 different employees knew exactly what was happening with my order. To top it all off, I got a really great product at a very competitive price from this Mi Store than PB tech in Hamilton. Definitely worth the drive to Auckland. Thanks Vanessa for all your help with my purchase!

Bought the scale 6 months ago and yesterday just exploded by itself at home. Brought it to the store today and was confronted by extremely unhelpful staff, saying it is not covered under warranty and it must have been in contact with direct sunlight or the room temperature must have been too high. Tried to explain that it happened in a curtained room and yesterday’s highest temperature was only 27 degrees, but they kept denying the fact that the product was faulty. The scale is only comprised of the glass at the top and electrical components underneath - so if this is not covered under warranty then what is? A young male staff actually said he has seen similar instances before but an older female manager quickly shut him up and claimed she has never encountered this. Later I found similar cases on Google… do not buy this product, nor expect any customer service from this store.

What happened with You guys? I went to the store to get a phone and so it was empty. I am surprised that in nz there are not so many Xiaomi options

Bought a robot vaccum from them 2 months ago and is now not functioning. Got told that there’s 2 years warranty when I bought it. But I brought it back, the customer service from a girl is super bad and had to charge $70 + gst for inspection fee when it is under warranty. That’s ridiculous. Never buying anything from Mi again.

No star from me. Very unprofessional staff. On phone asked me to come to store and i drive 75 km and then told me they cannot help. Bought phone 2 months ago and its button stopped working. Now going to Commerce Commission.

Great Price to Performance Products. Have brought many of their products Redmi note 3, Redmi 4x, Mi 8, Mi bands and Mi TVs and am satisfied with every purchase! I managed to get a $5 powerbank as well after they were almost sold out instantly I managed to get one after someone took it out of their cart. For all you guys complaining you didn't get what you wanted you can't blame the store for that, Yes the stores website immediately went down but if you waited a few minutes it came back up and if you didn't get something then, then you just needed to wait a bit more. Lots of people were taking items out of Thier cart and half an our later all of my friends managed to have power banks. If you wanted something you just had to wait a bit.

Supper friendly staffs with great high tech products. Love it. Definitely will come back to buy more interesting products.

Staff member provided amazing service. However, I’d recommend against using Mi devices as their quality is very poor

Great experience shopping at XiaoMi. Lot of great products, electrical scooter really drive me crazy. Mi rice cooker must be on purchase list with multiple functions. Eating rice cooked by Mi rice cooker make me feel at home. Definitely purchase more products on next visit.

Sylvia park Xiaomi store 24/1/23 pm. Two retail staff sat behind their computers the entire time in the empty store and didn't offer assistance when my friend and I walked in, which I felt was odd. We were there around 15 min.
